Meet the Mojito shoe by Julian Hakes.
The design features a single piece that wraps around the wearer's foot. Hakes believes that high heels don't require a foot plate because the design supports the heel and the ball.
It's made of carbon fibre, laminated with rubber on the side that touches the floor and lined with leather.
